Therapeutic Massage

Our skilled Registered Massage Therapists will target any areas of concern and tailor the massage to your specific needs. A variety of techniques are used to alleviate muscle stiffness, musculoskeletal problems, relieve tension related headaches, migraines and stress.

Aromatherapy Massage

A relaxing massage using essential oils derived from plants to affect your mood and alleviate pain. Oils are chosen based on your needs and preferences.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, heated basalt stones are used to carry out the massage techniques on your warmed up muscles. The hot stones have a sedative effect and can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body progresses through each trimester and is performed in a side-lying position supported by many pillows. It will help reduce muscle tension, anxiety and stress while enhancing the immune system and aiding lymphatic drainage resulting in increased immunity and elimination of toxins.

Infant Massage Instruction

This is an ideal way to bond with your baby and instill a sense of relaxation in both parent and child. The instructor will teach you how to massage your child from head to toe. Infant massage helps to relieve colic, strengthen the immune system, promote regular sleeping patterns and facilitates motor coordination. It is best suited for babies who aren’t crawling yet but can be done at any age.

Chiropractic is a primary contact health care profession with expert knowledge in spine and musculoskeletal health. Chiropractors assess disorders related to the spine, nervous system, and joints of the extremities and provide drug free, non-invasive, hands-on care. The primary goal of chiropractic manipulation, also referred to as adjustment, is to treat areas of decreased movement in the joints, thereby reducing pain and increasing joint function and improve overall health.

Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese medicine involving the insertion of needles into the skin at specific points on the body to achieve a therapeutic effect. Acupuncture is used to encourage natural healing, improve mood and energy, reduce or relieve pain and improve function of affected areas of the body. It is safe and effective and is often successfully used as an alternative to medications or even surgery.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy

IASTT is a form of focused fascial work using a stainless steel instrument which allows a preciseness, sensitivity and depth that cannot be accomplished with the hands alone. These instruments make it easier to detect and treat fascial dysfunction by magnifying the abnormalities (scars, restrictions and adhesions) in the fascia and making it easier to locate the area to treat. Using a tool focuses the force through an area smaller then your finger with less friction allowing for a more efficient treatment. The goal is to trigger an inflammatory response in order to stimulate a more functional, less painful healing.

A light touch treatment utilizing essential oils designed to address the four systemic constants of stress, toxic insult, inflammatory response and autonomic balance. The touch pattern and oil application is designed to support the body at both a cellular and neurological level. Each oil used in the AromaTouch® technique has been selected specifically for its individual therapeutic benefit and aroma. The technique addresses common negative factors that influence health and helps the body return to a state of homeostasis (balance).
