Jodi Parkinson, BSc DC

Dr. Jodi Parkinson graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph in 1997. After spending 10 years in an administrative position she opted for a career change in 2006 and began her studies at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating in June 2011. She joined Parkdale Massage Therapy & Wellness in January 2012 where she has established a family chiropractic practice.

Dr. Jodi primarily uses diversified manual adjusting technique alongside both manual and instrument assisted soft tissue treatment. She is also certified to provide acupuncture. Her goal is to promote optimal healing and wellness through manual treatment with an emphasis on patient education and active self care.


Marlena Montgomery

Registered Massage Therapist


Marlena graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College in June 2001 and began her Massage Therapy career in Stoney Creek at a local day spa. She spent ten years at the spa before relocating her practice to Parkdale Massage Therapy and Wellness.

Marlena has specialty training in Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage Instruction, Acupressure and Indian Head Massage.


Tracy Warrener Van Kruistum

Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist)


Tracy Warrener Van Kruistum has been practicing Reflexology for over 28 years. She is a RCRT (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist) and a member of the Reflexology Association of Canada. Throughout her years of practice, Tracy has worked in private in-home sessions and spa sessions to clinical and medical offices. She has also volunteered her Reflexology services to Shoppers Drug Mart Gala Fundraisers, been a guest speaker at Mohawk College many times, and has her own Reflexology DVD which was produced in 2013. Her approach to her treatments is one of a holistic and overall total body experience. Tracy is also a certified Reiki master and enjoys combining the two therapies as she feels it provides a head to toe, mind, body and soul relaxation experience.

Tracy is a fourth degree black belt and has over 40 years experience in the Martial Arts. She was inducted into the Black Belt Hall of Fame in Los Angeles in 2013 for her work in educating women of all ages on self-defense and assault prevention. Her program “Look Strong, Act Strong, Be strong” is something Tracy has taught women in the community, both in schools, businesses and in shelters. Martial Arts has been woven into her fabric since she was very young and she uses her knowledge to help her clients with stretching and meditation exercises. Together with her Reflexology and Reiki experience, Tracy provides each client specifically with what they need to feel relaxed, balanced and rejuvenated.

Tracy lives in Brantford with her husband and has two stepsons. Tracy also has two cats named Mr. Miyagi and Sensei Kitty.
